The Add to Cart ordering system is based on PayPal. You do not have to be a member, or join PayPal to place an order with your favorite credit card with this cart system.
Shipping is calculated during the checkout system, based on the weight of the item(s). When you select Checkout, there will be a link "Enter ship-to ZIP Code to calculate total order amount", which will also give an option for International shipping.
I will be updating the pages to include each item's weight for estimating shipping cost before continuing to the checkout system, using the US Post office shipping calculator:

First Class Postage for any single item (4 ounces or less) has been approximately $2.00 for domestic orders, and $4.00 to $6.00 for International orders, depending on the Country.
